We are offering an advanced course, that upon completion, will allow you to apply the generally recognized practices of project management acknowledged by the Project Management Institute (PMI) to manage projects successfully.

Our next available class will take place during the weekend of February 24-26 and March 3-5.?Attendance for both weekends is required for the successful completion of the course.?Dates and times are listed below:

• Sunday, March 5th from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Derrick Blair, PMP, will be instructing this class. Derrick Blair supports our classes as a Project Management instructor. As a practitioner, Derrick, for the last 15 years, has supported a wide range of large-scale integration projects within both Corporate and DOD environments. His current endeavors include supporting the Navy PMO IT modernization and maintenance project. In this role, he uses both the traditional waterfall methodology as well as Agile processes.

Derrick is a PMP (4578591) and holds a variety of IT Certifications. He is the President?of Alpha Phi Alpha, Inc Fraternity, as well as the President of the local chapter of Toastmasters. He is a veteran of the US National Guard, where he served as a primary instructor for many courses during his 20-year career.

Derrick brings to bear his experience as a Project Manager, Veteran, and Community Leader in this effort. Highly dedicated, he knows how to develop leaders who can manage, deliver the job, and inspire others.
