Lots of people hate to write.
Don’t let your weakness in one area…..
Prevent you from attracting not just CLIENTS, but the RIGHT CLIENTS.
(Because when your POST and PROFILE say the right thing, the WRONG people leave and the RIGHT people stay.)
I know you have mad skills and a message to share. That is NOT the issue.
But you must CONVERT your WISDOM into a POST…..that…..
--Translates your message into everyday, conversational language
--Acknowledges your audience’s perspective…
--Educates your ideal client with a few cool, useful tips…
--Enchants your reader and makes them feel seen, heard and understood.
--Presents you as a plain old human, because we all ARE
(Um, yeah, Andrea, you mentioned......but how do I do that?????????)
THE BIG TIP OF TODAY
Pick just ONE time when you learned something...Need examples? I got you!
--That one time you were chosen to speak to a pretty big crowd about DEI innovation
--That one time you and your co-workers at Nestle dressed up as milk and cookies for the Halloween party.
--That one time the ketchup bottle exploded at the Cherry Cricket and they gave you a free t-shirt.
--That one time you got vulnerable in a meeting and it WORKED.
--That one time your colleague gave you a compliment out of nowhere.
--That one time when you had an aha moment in the middle of your run--what was it?
--The one time you went to collect an award on stage wiped out on the stairs in front of 500 people.
--The one time when that client said “you changed my life.”
--That one time you fainted on the airplane after mixing wine and Advil PM and awoke to loudspeaker saying: “We will not be making an emergency landing after all.” (hypothetically speaking)

What to Do Now
--Put the first thing that comes to your mind in the comments. What experience helped you learn a lesson that you could pass on to your audience?
Choose! (indecision is what stops us from so much in life)
--Follow me down a dark alley (I mean, on LinkedIn)

"After working with Andrea, I just started getting a lot more attention on LinkedIn. My posts got more comments. Long-time loose connections reached out for a meeting. More engagement all around. It’s as if my rogue opinions gave others permission to join the conversation. Building my personal brand has been a gateway for my own self-expression--now I’m weaving a more distinct voice into everything I post. It’s remarkable.”
