Recently I have been fortunate to have the opportunity to listen? one of Todd's presentations and receive his book at the end of the meeting.? Though I got a good understanding of Todd's approach to performance management during his presentation, reading his book was a bliss.? As he is stating in his book, some of the ideas are not new nor earth shattering, but the way he places everything in context it is amazing. A definite read for any manager, from any field, to help us understand how failure is bound to happen and that if understood failure can help us build better, safer systems.?
