In my earlier days, I sold security systems door-to-door. The most common objection we faced was: "I need to talk to my spouse first."
A tactic that helped us blow past this, and other common objections, was to tackle it before it gets brought up. So we started saying things like, "Typically, people I meet with want to have their family members be a part of their decision making. Who would you like to invite?" Not?would?they like to invite someone, but?who?would they like to invite.
It was amazing to see how they'd bring someone up and invite them to the conversation. It felt natural and genuine. The objection disappeared, and I was able to turn an obstacle into an opportunity. This is a great approach for especially common objections that you feel sure will come up. Check out some other game-changing tactics to help you overcome objections!
