A Tampa couple has purchased a third condominium in The Tampa Edition, a hotel-and-branded-residences tower in Water Street Tampa.

The estate of the late Mel Sembler has sold a luxury condominium unit in downtown St. Petersburg for $7.4 million.
Sembler founded the successful St. Petersburg commercial real estate firm named after him in 1962. He went on to develop more than 350 projects.

128-unit affordable housing project in Tampa to open in September
A 128-unit affordable housing complex in Tampa is set to open this September.
The Adderley, located at the intersection of Nebraska Avenue and Busch Boulevard, was built as a partnership between Tampa-based Blue Sky Communities and the city. The project will act as a bridge between the Sulphur Springs neighborhood and the Uptown district.
