Two weeks back, I jerked in my back while doing a mundane activity. I was advised strict 4-day bed rest. I was anyway not able to walk, sit or even use the toilet on my own. Yes, it was that bad. I am still healing from that phase and I can tell you one thing: Back problem is when the soul moves out through the spine.

A little background, I have been working as a consultant since 2017 so #wfh is my thing. But recently I have realised a few things that I can’t reiterate enough.
