Top secret - What most leaders don't know about results

Results & Leadership Coaching - I help leaders and teams to achieve results in a easy and happy way.
Dale Carnegie said: “A lot of people think that if they were just in a different place or had a different job, they would be more successful and happier, but it is not about the place or the job."
?
You cannot be who you are not, but you can become who you are, because who you are and who you are not are the reasons for your inner conflicts with your results.
?
Most people don't understand what this sentence means when they read it for the first time. And most people don't know what it can change if you change that one thing. That one thing that can reduce your stress and increase your happiness and health. That one thing that can reduce doubt and worry in your coworkers and yourself and increase certainty, faith and willpower. That one thing that can reduce costs and increase your income and profits - your identity.
?
Many people are slaves to their identity, because it's not the work that causes stress. It's the emotion that you don't feel good enough during your work .
?
You cannot be who you are not, because we forget who we are. Imagine you are born, your dad, mom, grandpa and grandma are overjoyed that you came into the world and hold you in their arms full of joy and pride. You are precious, loveable and good enough, but then comes life. Life that shows you at school at the latest that it's all about performance, grades and expectations of yourself, other people or society. What you shouldn’t do and what you couldn’t do. Expectations of being good enough and achieving good grades in dictation and English tests. But what happens if you don't meet your expectations or the expectations of society? You unconsciously create a pattern of not feeling good enough and worthy when your performance doesn't meet your expectations, month after month and year after year. And that pattern is still in you, especially to fulfill the expectation to yourself, your boss, to others and society. But if you want to prove to someone that you are enough, you are probably the only person who is not yet convinced that you are enough. Mother Teresa would say "You are divine creation and a divine creation is always enough, but if you judge yourself there is no time to love yourself”
In the childhood the dictation cost you your self-esteem, as an adult your identity cost you millions.
?
We unconsciously create an identity in childhood and your identity is the strongest force that unconsciously controls you 95% with your unconscious patterns. It's not because leaders and employees don't want to improve, it's not because they don't want to achieve their goals, it's because their subconscious patterns are controlling and sabotaging them. Your self-image is the client for your subconscious mind and your subconscious is your Chief Executive Officer for your behavior, actions and results.
The GAP between who you are and who you are not decides about the quality of your results.
Whether you are a top athlete, CEO, leader or employee, it is your identity with your emotions that you subconsciously create and that many leaders and employees don't know.?Have you ever said: “I can't do that! That’s not possible! or I'm just not enough?” If you've ever used this phrase, you've hit the boundary of how you've defined yourself in the past, and it's affecting the quality of your present-day and your results. And the reason why people use this phrase is very simple, because identity provides certainty. Ask yourself, 'Where did these beliefs about “who I am” come from, and how old are they? Maybe it's time to update your self-image. As we develop new beliefs about who we are, our thoughts and behavior will change to a new identity and your results.
?Often athletes or leaders say: “I am good enough” but are stressed, angry, disappointed and frustrated when the results or expectations don't meet their expectations. It's not the result that raises your pulse, it's your self-image and that provides you with your negative emotions, which many leaders are surprised when they realize.?
If you would get a kick in your ass whenever you create negative emotions in yourself, you probably couldn't sit on a chair again
?
Few weeks ago, was the final of the Australian Open. Alexander Zverev lost the final against Jannik Sinner. During the match, you could see from his body language that Alexander Zverev didn't believe to himself. After the match you could see that Alexander Zverev was frustrated and he said out of his emotion “I'm just not good enough” an identity that shapes your results to what you don't want. Alexander Zverev got what he wanted, at least on a subconscious level.?
You don't get what you want, you get who you are
?
Continuous improvement for me means that I improve every day, and daily improvements leads to better results, and I do what I say. Over the past few years, I've made small improvements every day, not just externally, but internally as well. This reduces my stress levels, increases my energy, my health and my results. It's your identity that gives you uncertainty or certainty. It is your identity that gives you doubt and worry or a strong belief. It's your identity that influences what you think, feel and decide. And in the end, it's about your relationship with yourself, your employees and the results you get. In the end the inner drive is your emotion and therefore the willpower that ensures that you and your employees want to improve the results.
Positive emotions beat each bad process, because positive emotions create willpower to improve your results
