Italy’s Tecnoform Opens North American HQ in Michigan
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Company executives, area officials and a host of other well-wishers gathered Thursday for a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the new North American headquarters of Tecnoform, the Bologna, Italy-based suppliers of high-end cabinetry to the RV, marine and residential luxury furniture markets.
The new facility is a 172,000-square-foot production, warehousing, sales and corporate office complex located just north of the Gerald R. Ford International Airport in Cascade Township, a suburb of Grand Rapids.
RV One, Vermont Park Recovering After Severe Flooding
At least two companies,?RV One?in East Montpelier and?Horseshoe Acres Campground?in Andover, were significantly impacted by the recent flooding that took place in Vermont.
Dangerous weather could bring more flash floods to Vermont – just as the state begins its long recovery from?devastating rainfall that deluged the region?earlier this week,?according to a CNN report.?At least one person died in the recent storms and flooding, the Vermont Department of Health said in a news release.
Camping World Acquires All Seasons; Sonny’s is Next
LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill. –?Camping World Holdings Inc. (NYSE: CWH), the World’s Largest Recreation Dealer, today announced that it has closed on the acquisition of All Seasons RV in Yuba City, Calif.
The announcement was first made on?April 17?that Camping World would be acquiring the dealership, which for years had been owned by Ernie Friesen and his son, Darryl.
