Adventure Van Maker Remote Vans Shifts into High Gear
The past few months have been a whirlwind of activity for Remote Vans, a Cincinnati-based Class B adventure van manufacturer.
In January, the company started up production in its new 30,000-square-foot facility (a former steel manufacturing plant) that allows the business to run a true assembly line operation capable of accommodating up to 20 vans at a time, with dedicated spaces for carpentry, upholstery, metalwork and soft goods, plus a spray booth. The RV manufacturer also has staffed up, now employing about 30 people, with plans to add another 20 or so before the end of the year.
Over 95K Attend UK’s 2024 Caravan & Motorhome Show
Against a backdrop of a difficult economic climate, 95,647 visitors headed to the UK’s 2024 Caravan, Camping & Motorhome Show, which was Feb. 13-18 at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC), Birmingham. This compares to 108,000 visitors to last year’s show, according to a report by AboutCampBtoB.com, a trade magazine covering the overseas RV industry.

The economic environment is challenging at the moment, so it was great to welcome so many visitors to the event and in turn, sales for our exhibitors. We’re looking forward to building on the success of the Show to deliver an even greater choice of products, travel inspiration, advice and activities for visitors in 2025 – watch this space!”
