REV Announces Pricing, Upsizing of Common Stock Offering
MILWAUKEE – REV Group Inc. (NYSE:REVG) announced today in a press release the pricing of the previously announced underwritten public offering, which has been upsized to 16,000,000 shares of common stock by certain selling stockholders at the public offering price of $16.50 per share.
In connection with the offering, the selling stockholders have granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to 2,400,000 additional shares of common stock from the selling stockholders. REV Group is not selling any shares of common stock in the offering, and REV Group will not receive any proceeds from the offering by the selling stockholders. The offering is expected to close on or about Feb. 20, subject to customary closing conditions.
RVIA’s ‘RVs Move America Week’ Planned for June 2-6 in DC
FARIFAX, Va. – The RV Industry Assocation (RVIA) announced today that the annual ‘RVs Move America Week’ is planned for June 2-6.
The event begins with two days of committee meetings where volunteers from across the RV industry collectively work to build a strategic roadmap to help define future growth of the $140 billion dollar RV industry. In addition to committee meetings, participants will gain insight on the state of the RV industry from association leaders and on the policies of the administration from political speakers.
