This means that you can still get the documentation that you need in a CAT situation with unreliable reception! Here's how to manually switch into Offline Mode on your smartphone:

1. Tap the Network Settings icon from the main screen in the Encircle app
2. Select "Offline Mode" from the list of Network Usage options
3. When you wish to exit Offline Mode, navigate back to the Network Settings page and select your preferred network usage option
