Top rated woman owned local business sets up shop in Downtown Spokane!

The owners of 601 W Riverside and our leasing team all knew that the first domino to fall with a large scale office renovation project was a great coffee shop in the lobby. I spent months cold calling and bringing all of the big players through the renovation project and many were leery of taking the risk with so much still unknown after the affects of the pandemic. I was ecstatic when I found Vanessa Abrahamson, who happened to own a very successful coffee business just north of downtown. I was most impressed with her upbeat positive mentality, but then I noticed her incredible google ratings (4.9 stars w/ over 300 reviews) and knew that we had to get her involved with this project. She has now been open for a few weeks and the latte's and quiches are flying off the shelves. Make sure you go check out her business inside Bank of America Tower.
