TOP QUALITIES TO LOOK FOR WHILE HIRING A CANDIDATE

Jobs for freshers in India have increased by three folds in the past few years. No wonder, the number of applicants has also increased in a similar fashion.

If you are a hiring manager who is looking to hire freshers, you’d want them to have the exact set of skills that your organization needs.
