Everyone loves a story of personal triumph against great odds. Because it inspires them and renews their faith in humanity. Out of the many such stories why this one did so well is a mystery. Maybe because the protagonist in this instance is a woman from Lahore Pakistan. Maybe because she her struggle in more political in nature. She is up against a bureaucratic system that is resistant to change but she seems to be winning against all odds. One would expect people to love such a story for all the right reasons and in this instance they did.

The top performer on Omer's Alvie timeline to date. It's popularity came as a bit of a surprise. Especially since for the first two days it was not so popular, but something happened on the third day and it skyrocketed.
But in hindsight not so surprising. Its the simplicity of the solution. Why didn't someone think of this before ?????♂? moment. And high interest in all sorts of medical information.
Still does not explain why the turbo boost on day 3.
Can anyone offer a clue.
