Have you ever heard of content is king? Well, Engagement is queen! It can be challenging to get your audience closer to you without good content. Trust me when I tell you I had my fair share of trials and errors when creating content that resonates.

Here's the thing when it comes to good content,, it has to come from you! From your own personal trials and challenges. From your heart! Your knowledge, experiences, what motivates you, and how you can help people. Now I am not saying be a storyteller all the time but incorporate it more into your content strategy. Share your personal values when connecting with your audience.

In this article, I am going to share with you some?top-performing content ideas for your Linkedin?that can help attract, target, and convert your dream clients.

Brand Storytelling

What do you want to be remembered for? So many businesses are spending thousands of dollars on marketing just to grab people's attention. The market is saturated with photographers, coaches, teachers, virtual assistance, to name a few, which is why it is important to implement brand storytelling into your content strategy. It's not enough to simply have a good quality product or service. You need to talk about what you do and how you serve others differently, differentiating you from other competitors.

As a business coach on Linkedin, I talk a lot about building a tribe with my students. Look for things that resonate with you and your audience. What's important to them? What type of message do you want to transmit to your audience? Remember that people will forget what you say but never forget the way you make them feel.

So instead of throwing out testimonials, metrics all the time to your audience, create emotions by building a tribe. Your story is unique; it's special; it's what people need right now.

Encurage people to engage in your post ask them how they feel. Make it personal for them.


Quote

Believe it or not, quotes are the simplest way to bring emotions out of people. Quotes are simple and don't require a lot of time. Now I suggest implementing a quote or two into your content strategy once a month or once every two weeks. They hold a small value to others because people can relate to them.

Carousels

Carousels are a thing on Instagram, but they don't have to be catered to just Insta fans. Linkedin is a great place to incorporate carousels into your content strategy. It offers a unique way of transmitting your message to others. The content is more digestible, and people can download it to their connectable devices and save it as a PDF for reference.

I recommend incorporating carousels once every two weeks into your content strategy to break up your content so your audience doesn't see the same things from you all the time.

POLLS

Polls are one of my favorites, top-performing content for Linkedin; it's easy and great tool to get others' insights and opinions on specific topics that can help you understand your audience on a much deeper level.

Fun fact:?Linkedin does not support polls related to religion, race, health, and other sensitive information.

Videos

Videos show your more human side to others. People get a feel of how you talk, your tone, body language, and how you would interact with others. It helps them get to know who you are and the face behind the brand.

So if you are like me, camera-shy, then I suggest creating a safe space for you to be on camera to get more comfortable with the idea so you can put yourself out there more.
