AnyRoad, a data-driven experiential marketing platform, has announced Pinpoint, a new AI-powered feedback assistant. Pinpoint is powered by natural language processing (NLP) and generative AI and is designed to help companies understand what factors drive positive and negative experiences. AnyRoad customers can use the tool to analyze customer feedback, identify trends, maximize ROI, and adapt their brand experiences to changing customer behaviors.
ClickDimensions, a marketing automation solution provider, has announced ClickDimensions PowerPack. The new product suite includes CRM, sales engagement, and marketing automations that leverage Microsoft's Power Platform. Small and medium-sized businesses can use the PowerPack suite to improve their engagement with buyers, increase conversion rates, accelerate growth, close more deals, improve visibility into opportunities, and optimize their account-based sales and marketing strategies.
Cordial, a marketing automation solution provider, has launched a new identity resolution solution to help marketing teams identify anonymous browsers across devices and match them with known customer profiles. The new tool, Identity+, uses Cordial's ID Graph network to match an unidentified user's browser ID with data in the system, allowing marketing teams to gain additional information on a prospective customer. Brands can also use Idrntity+ to improve their identity resolution, reporting, attribution, and automated messaging efforts across channels.
Gainsight, a global customer success platform, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Northpass, a privately held company. Northpass is a customer education platform provider that helps mid-market and enterprise businesses develop customer education programs. The acquisition will help Gainsight expand its customer success solution suite and provide brands with an end-to-end platform to automate their high-touch customer success management efforts, including email journeys, customer communities, in-app product engagements, and customer education.
monday.com, a work operating system provider, has announced the appointment of Daniel Lereya as its new Chief Product and Technology Officer, effective immediately. Lereya has spent the last seven years leading monday.com's R&D organization, overseeing the company's product team, and working as part of the senior management team. In the new role, Lereya will focus on growing the brand's multi-product vision, expanding its operational efficiencies, and strengthening company growth by hiring across the product, design, and R&D teams.
