Top Marketing Campaigns 2023 (So Far)!

Now... I know we are only in February, but this year is already off to a great start with brands getting extra creative with this year's marketing campaigns. Let's take a look at some of Cleartwo's favourite campaigns so far!

Fenty X Superbowl

Fenty Beauty and Savage X Fenty have both been leaning into Rihanna’s upcoming halftime show performance with the release of merch lines. For Fenty Beauty, the brand’s official NFL Game Day collab includes a collection of special-edition lip products and a football-themed makeup sponge.?

Fenty's marketing team have also been hinting at the Superbowl using subtle short-form video, creating free viral advertising. This clever strategy has saved the marketing budget while successfully engaging their audience using AI-generated footage of objects consumers will automatically psychologically associate with the currently trending Super Bowl, with no copyright necessary.

Tiffany's X Nike

The collab that no one expected to see!

Two classic brands from opposite ends of the fashion spectrum unite for a legendary collaboration. Nike and Tiffany and Co. released the first teasers of their campaign last week which is set to drop on March 7th 2023.


The unlikely collaboration has caused hype with fashion fans all over the internet and has left us dreaming of how the kicks could turn out. Many avid fans turned to AI to predict concepts of what the drop may look like.

IKEA

Ikea understands that sometimes less says a whole lot more.

Their new social campaign highlights the benefit of the simplicity and ease that their brand supplies are simply genius. The play how complicated relationships can be is something we can all relate to. With the lead-up to Valentine's Day, a whole target audience of the single and cynical is being met and we are loving it. Well done Ikea.

McDonald's and UGC

If you haven't already heard the acronym UGC, are you living under a rock? User Generated Content is the new trend of 2023. Audiences are demanding more authentic content, as opposed to published marketing campaigns, and even the biggest brands in the world are listening.

Maccy D's are whipping out the phone to film trendy, short-form video content, and audiences are responding like crazy. It just goes to show that you do not need to use a mega-budget to engage with new audiences. All you need is a solid brand identity, creative content ideas, and a phone to film on.
