As a top luxury interior designing firm in Delhi, we have had the opportunity to work on several projects we're proud of. In this post, I intend to discuss a few of those projects & what makes them unique.
About Ansa Interiors
Ansa Interiors was founded in 2003. Together, Mr. Ankush Aggarwal & I, have designed many innovative projects. Known to delivery projects that adhere to the clients brief, budget and time frame, Ansa offers a complete range of interior design services like space planning, decoration, renovation and new construction. In a span of almost seventeen years, we have a number of high-end residential, hotel and commercial projects to our credit.
- Shree Ram World School, New Delhi
The idea behind this 12,000 sq.ft. school was to make each classroom unique and concept-based. So, themes like day and night, solar system, traffic, fairy, fruits and vegetables are designed, wherein kids can learn by observing.
Storage facility for everyday assignments and other essentials required on daily basis are designed for teachers. Apart from classrooms, the computer lab, library, activity room and a small gym have also been planned.
We have opted for a kid-friendly concept with peppy furniture and furnishings. Round edges, stools made of non-toxic variety, magnetic boards instead of pin boards, soft door closer, ensure child’s safety. In addition, the washrooms are made of non-slippery material and basins, while urinals and seats are within the child’s height.
2. Excel Education Institution, Raipur
The design of this CA office focuses on style, function and value. A deep analysis of the daily activities of employees helped us in creating a spacious and attractive, yet organized and well-planned office. Meeting areas have been designed to closed format, considering the privacy aspect.
Colours which help in motivating and increasing energy levels were chosen.
In terms of lighting, care was taken to let in natural light which is economical as well as eco-friendly. Apart from general lighting, task lighting was used around work areas in order to avoid strain to the eyes. Blinds, instead of curtains, were used for windows which give an unhindered view of the outdoors. Patterns and designs on the walls, ceiling, window blinds and flooring make the space look all the more contemporary.
3. Sachin Goel Residence, New Delhi
Spread over an area of 9,500 sq.ft.. the interiors of the Goel residence are driven by ‘form follows function’ principle, wherein the home is a fusion of contemporary design marked by colonial style. Exotic materials such as silver leafing, leather cladding, mosaics and gold trimming have been used instead of straight lines.
The master bedroom makes use of gold as a highlighter and gives it a royal appeal. The daughter’s room has been done in pink and follows the gardenia theme with emphasis on happy elements like flowers and butterflies. The other room for kids has been done with fresh colours like shocking pink and sparkling yellow. The bed here, in the form of a slide acts as a play area for kids. The study and boom rack area on one side has also been highlighted with similar shades.
All the rooms have one wall done with eye-catching wallpapers. Interesting to see is the home theatre done in sparkling white and silver which has an interesting design.
The floors make use of different patterned tiles for each room.
Overall, the Goel residence is a perfect example of elegant interiors.
4. Ram Handloom House Pvt. Ltd. , New Delhi
The design for the 6,000 sq.ft. showroom revolves around the mantra – a place for everything and everything in its place.
The showroom that looks spacious and airy has been cleverly designed keeping storage and display in mind. The luxurious yet sophisticated boutique is finished with a focus on detailing. Walls have been done up with separators, which display products right in front of the eye.
With white as the predominant colour, it has been paired with other hues like green, red and beige. The idea was to focus more on the products so lightly was strategically planned in a similar manner.
White leather quilting, canopy beds, wallpaper and extensive use of Corian serves as a backdrop for a selection of contemporary finishing. White marble for the floors and countertops add to the elegant look.
Understanding the clients requirements, the architects have successfully executed projects that fits in the client’s needs, budget and preference.
