How to Solve Those Problems
Mental mindset
Realize that you are in control. If there is a problem, dig down to the root so you can fix it.
Communication
Proper communication is crucial. For instance, a production manager gave a team member an assignment. However, because the manager assumed the team member understood exactly what was required, she did not provide enough detail to the worker. The worker performed poorly, becoming frustrated. The production quality suffered.
Once the manager realized the problem, she went back to the worker and provided more detailed instruction.
The quality of work improved.?
Better communication solved the problem.
Taking Action
If you have supply chain problems, have you tried different vendors??
If payroll is an issue, are there different and better funding sources?
