Top Facebook Advertising Tips for 2022

With rising ad costs and increased competition as more and more businesses turn to online social marketing, having a solid marketing strategy is more important than ever! Gone are the days of throwing up half-baked ads that lead to mediocre landing pages and still seeing instant results.?

Getting results that hit your KPIs requires business owners like you and me to put in the real work and keep leveling up our marketing game. So here are my top suggestions for Facebook Ads to raise the bar:

Tip #1 - SIMPLICITY

It is time to streamline your marketing and advertising strategies and get crystal clear on the message for specific target audiences. Take a minute to work through each channel of marketing material you have and determine which ones are moving the needle (where are you seeing the best performance). Time to scale those and leave everything else behind.

If you are just getting started, do not try to do all the things, focus on a few different tactics and give yourself time to test each one properly.

Tip #2 - COMMITMENT

Stay committed to your investment.

Turning things off the second they are not an instant success? I get it, I have been there.

It is hard not to take it personally as a business owner. But we have to stay committed. Always keep in mind that everything you create has the opportunity for success as long as you keep your ideal clients in mind in the process.

Tip #3 - PERSPECTIVE?

Set your expectations for your ads and budget accordingly for testing and scaling. This also includes listening carefully if you have hired an expert to help your advertising. Marketing and especially advertising is a long-term investment and is not a quick win.

Do not abandon all other forms of marketing (social media, email, word of mouth, referrals) because you think running ads will win you massive sales. These efforts should work hand-in-hand to support and lead to your launches and web pages.

The common saying “do not put all your eggs in one basket” applies in this case. Be sure to level-set with your team at the start so expectations are kept in check and so you stick to a budget that is sensible.?
