Hi everyone!
Now I will tell you about marketing tools that can be very useful for law firms. I have divided all the tools into several groups.
SEO software
1. SEMrush
SEMrush helps in complex internet marketing and website promotion. The platform is very functional. In particular, it helps find keywords that can generate traffic for your competitors. Also, it analyzes links, performs SEO audits, monitors site positions, etc.
One of the benefits of SEMrush is its ability to find low-frequency words. SEMrush works on a database of over 95 million words. Its data is very accurate and up to date.
2. Ahrefs
Ahrefs is a tool for analyzing competitors and collecting information about the link mass of sites. It helps you find site backlinks and their parameters, analyze the competitors, and build strategies. Ahrefs is a commercial product, but many of its functions are free (also, after registration, some restrictions are removed).
Information for work is updated daily and includes more than three trillion URLs and about 200 million domains. The database is considered one of the most complete and popular among SEO specialists and marketers.
I highly recommend you check out?the open course "Blogging for Business" ?by Ahrefs. You will receive a lot of helpful information on creating content correctly.?
3. BrightLocal
BrightLocal helps you analyze local search results. It tells you how many law firms are showing on Google Maps in a specific region.
Why is it important? When you open a search engine, you first see the ad block at the top, below there are three positions with maps, and only then are all other sites for this request found. If you are only engaged in classical SEO promotion and do not do maps, you will not be higher than 4th place in the rating. There will always be cards above you. To rank #1, you need to do SEO in maps. In this case, you can use the BrightLocal tool.
Marketplaces for legal services
Of course, these are online database platforms. Nevertheless, I recommend marketers use these legal services for their work. These platforms are very popular with the public and often appear on the first page of Google for various queries. If you set up accounts on these marketplaces, potential clients can find you there quickly.
4. AVVO
领英推荐
Avvo is one of the best services for information about lawyers. You can post your specialization, experience, awards, and cases there. The website claims to have more than 8 million visitors per month. Please note that not all states allow their attorneys to join Avvo.
5. NOLO
Nolo is one of the oldest legal services companies. Its network incorporates more than 50 web properties, and products include online legal forms, software, and digital guides, all written in plain English. With more than 1 million monthly visitors, Nolo's making legal information much more accessible.
6. Super Lawyers
Super Lawyers is a rating service of attorneys in more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. This selection process includes independent research, peer nominations, and peer evaluations.
7. Justia
Justia provides free daily attorney-written case opinion summaries for all of the US Federal Appellate Courts, all of the top-level US State Courts, and all of the California Appellate Courts. Justia also provides business, consumer, and educational information for free. Justia offers web design, copywriting, social media, SEO, and other Internet marketing services.
General marketplaces
Traditional websites where people search for the services they need can also be helpful.
8. Google My Business
GMB is a free tool for promoting your business online, and it's effective. It makes it easy for search engine and Google Maps users to find information about your business. Besides, this information is taken into account by the search engine itself.
9. Yelp
Yelp is a website where you can find local services - restaurants, hairdressers, etc. - with the ability to add and view ratings and reviews for those services. There are hundreds of reviews for notable businesses. The site offers elements of a social network for reviewers. But be careful with this resource. Accusations of breaking the law have been hitting it occasionally.
