- Artificial Intelligence is being widely used by companies. In HR, it enables to make data-driven decisions and improve the quality of decision making. It can be used for recruiting, training employees, measuring retention rates and more.
- Another tech-driven innovation is the use of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software. RPA can do repetitive tasks carried out by HR professionals which are time-consuming. Lengthy and laborious tasks like collecting, copying, filing, etc can be done by these software. These gives professionals the time to focus on important aspects like interpreting patterns and make important decisions.

It makes them feel that their hardwork didn't go in vain and that their company genuinely values them. It makes them feel proud to contribute to a project and motivates them to work harder.
