Top 6 - Questions to ask at interview
What questions should you ask the job interviewer at the end of the interview? These questions ensure you find out what you need to know -- and that you also make a great impression.
The prospect of being evaluated during a job interview is often an intimidating one. After all, an interview is where first impressions are made and careers are started.
When it comes to succeeding in a job interview, applicants can no longer depend on qualifications alone. The best way to shine in an interview is to demonstrate that you are actively listening, engaged, and genuinely interested in the task at hand.
One way to stand apart from the rest is to come prepared with questions to ask the interviewer, here are my Top 6.
1. Is there anything about me that you are unsure about? If so I would like to address any concerns you have right here!
2. Is there anything that we didn’t cover that is important to you?
3. I enjoy a challenge, what do you think is the most challenging aspect of the job?
4. What are the characteristics of people who excel in your business?
5. What makes your best employee stand out to you?
6. What is your favourite thing about working for this company?
I hope you find my Top 6 helpful.

4 年This is such a great post. Tried to advise a friend recently to ask questions like this to stand out and show engagement and they were baffled and somewhat reluctant. It needs to be more common knowledge to be doing this as part of your interview
Be your best!
