Our job career starts with interviews rounds with different companies. Every organization has their own selection process for the different level of interview round. In each round candidate evaluated with their skills, presence of mind, personality, behavior, and patience level. In all these processes, there is a specific round which is called as Face to Face " f2f " round where an interviewer trying to collect data about the candidate quality, previous company experience, vision, confidence, the way of speaking and  whatever  you have mentioned in your resume or CV. 1. Appearance: Whenever you got shortlisted for next face to face round, your interviewer expected from you that you should come within proper formal attire, clean shave, including requested documents for the interview. If you appeared for the interview casually then it makes the negative impression. 

2. Verbal Communication: Nowadays, every company is sending their job profile requirement to the applicant that he/she should good in speaking English as well as writing. If you can speak well then you can earn one positive point from an interviewer. But during interview time you are taking multiple pauses because of your nervousness. It will demoralize your confidence level and it will take you out from the interview round. I have observed so many candidates during interview round facing problems with their sweating, shivering hands & legs, and few candidate asks for water in the middle of interview procedure. It happens because of lack of confidence.  

I would like to share my Personal Experience with a company where I mate a guy who has relevant qualification for the job which he has applied. But he didn't have any relevant job experience during that time. An interviewer asked from the applicant if he gonna prove himself that all the jobs roles & responsibility which is going to assign him then they are going to continue with him. They selected him for next round where he has to complete assigned task within a week then they are going to take a test on the basis of it. He got selected just because of his efforts, way of conversation from his interviewer, presence of mind & confidence level.  

Make a Note of it, Your conversation way can influence the decision of an interviewer anytime. You can grab your dream job.  

3. Confidence: You might hear about this 50% percent knowledge, 30% confidence and 20% presence of mind is enough for cracking any interview. If you already cracked any interview round then your whole interview procedure and its questionnaire evaluated in the same manner. Sometimes, your confidence level much more than the expectation i.e, overconfidence. It never entertains by anyone because when you are in the stage of overconfidence where you will seeing the world in a different way which is dangerous for your career. It always attracts bad thing instead of a good thing. 

4. Resume Content: It's my humble request from you all guys about your resume content. When you are thinking of uploading or sharing it for particular job post then you should read it two times before it gets shared. I am saying this because you can't imagine how an interviewer can confuse or manipulate your mind anytime on the basis of your resume content. 

Whenever you received any job vacancy mail or message then please ask them for their Job Description, Role and Responsibilities clearly. According to it, you need to prepare your resume content carefully.  

It should not include any irrelevant content which is not relevant to it. Because it gives a chance to raise a question regarding your content. If you are confident about those content then leave it. 

5. Lack of Preparation: Due to half knowledge about the company working domain and job profile for which you have applied there. You may not able to proof yourself that you are the right candidate for particular designation. So, before you gonna loose the golden opportunities, prepare yourself as per the job description sent by them.
