Top 5 Lettings Properties...

In no particular order, here are five unique rental properties that offer something quite different to the lettings market.

Regency House, SE5

Rarely seen to rent, we had an apartment within a fully restored grade II listed building for all of three days – no wonder. This property had a 26ft open plan kitchen / reception room complete with sash windows, fully integrated kitchen with all built in appliances such as a Smeg espresso machine, wine chiller and a range cooker. The focal point for this property was its atmospheric chandeliers and marble Georgian Roundel fireplace. As you'd expect, the rest of the property was finished to match with marble tiled bathrooms and elegant bedrooms.

Godman Road, SE15

One of five houses converted from a school built in circa 1856. This upside down house has three bedrooms and the bathroom downstairs whilst upstairs you'll find the kitchen / living room with an additional mezzanine. The thing I loved about this property was the abundance of natural light and vaulted ceilings - the property also offers a whopping 1500 sq ft of space. Every time this property has come up to rent it's been taken immediately.

Crib Apartments, SE15

The pictures really speak a thousand words for this property, finished at the end of 2019 this building has been transformed into boutique industrial style apartments. No expense was spared with this, the property has double glazed sash windows, polished concrete worktops, wooden floors throughout and exposed brick walls & pipework. This brought something different to the SE15 rental market and people loved it!

Catcher Building, SE15

A three bedroom brand new penthouse flat offering uninterrupted 270 degree views over London’s skyline from its wrap around balcony. Finished to a very high specification throughout, just some of the specs included composite stone worktops, metro tile splashbacks, Xylocleaf cabinet doors, all integrated appliances, heated engineered oak flooring and too much more to mention! This hit the market in 2017 and has been occupied since!

Childers Street, SE8

Offering something very different was this development of BTR apartments. Fully kitted out with Sonos sound systems, Roca bathrooms, luxury kitchens and integrated appliances, this building still offers more... The landlords provided a co-working area, cinema room, on-site cafe and a communal roof terrace with impressive London views. Properties within this building were snapped up and a real treat to view.
