You can find it under:"Advertising" -> "Performance" -> "Google Ads".

Feature is still rolling out, only around 80% of the properties have it until now.

2) Gemini Models for Pmax got enhanced and soon we can use text-to-image Technology for asset creation.

The text-to-image technology is based on Google's "Imagen 2".

3) Google announced AI-powered Search Ads with 1 Headline only

Responsive search ads can now show one headline when it’s predicted to improve your performance. As part of this change, a headline will now be eligible to show at the beginning of description lines.

4) "Recently used" next to Pmax campaign setup

Recently used CTA now showing.

5) Red vs Yellow "Limited by Budget" CTA Test from Google

Here my psychological explanation:
