It's an exciting time when you're in a position to hire more people. It can be a huge headache, however. While being able to hire more employees is great, you'll still run into some issues if you aren't prepared to handle dozens and even hundreds of applications. This is where the applicant tracking system comes in handy.

Make sure you are smiling – Make sure to be looking straight ahead or turn slightly to the left. You never want to be looking to your right because then you will be looking off the page on your LinkedIn profile. No sunglasses and headshot is fine – shoulders and above.
