Top 3... Traits of a Technology Leader

July has been frantic here at All3C with new customers happy to share their journey with us, a couple of transformation initiatives that kicked off that we are super excited about ! We have also been having loads of coffee chats and late evening rendezvous to find the next generation All3ers. We have been meeting lots of talented and interesting people listening to their journeys, experiences. Their clarity of vision and aspirations has left us inspired and hopeful for the future and this month's post is in part a reflection of that experience.

So how do you succeed to be a leader and the best at your trade ? To boil down to three was a pretty difficult task but here are our top picks...

• Dream big & never be afraid of failure?– Dreams transform into thoughts and thoughts into actions. Winners stand apart in a crowd due to their ability to imagine the impossible. Great careers are rarely built on successes alone but on the ability to react to failures and the strength to carry on against all odds. Michael Jordan famously said "I never looked at the consequences of missing a big shot… When you think about the consequences you will always think of the negative result." #personality

• Make excellence a habit?– Irrespective of the nature of work,?however small or trivial it?may be always leave a mark behind. Every task must contain your signature which in the long run will?ensure?that your reputation precedes you. Don’t just try to be perfect because someone expects it. Remember Perfection is the product but excellence is a process #pedigree

• Never stop learning- Be bold to acknowledge when you don’t know things and irrespective of the successes achieved in the past or the position you hold always strive to learn more and never let yourself stagnate. When you stop learning you grow insecure which in turn limits you from achieving your true potential. As Einstein once said, "I have no special talent. I am only passionately curious" #integrity
