Vipassana is one of the beautiful things which happened in my life and I am very much grateful to God and I am very much fortunate that at the age of 24, Yes 24 exactly.
I was fortunate enough to get the opportunity of Vipassana meditation.
There is a deeper level to it but the three major takeaways which I always had with Vipassana meditation are:
1. Do not react - Just observe, be aware of the current moment and just observe whatever is happening around you, do not react. The major problem is with us and what happens in life is just because of the reaction we give and as it is rightly said that whatever happens in your life is not in your control but how you react to that particular thing is definitely in your control first very takeaway is do not react.
2. There will be ups and downs & there will be pain or pleasure every emotion is boiled down to pain or pleasure every emotion and you have to be equanimous in every single situation.
You should not be very much happy when it is a pleasure because it creates craving and it becomes the misery becomes attachment similar for pain with all the situations.
3. Third and one of the best ones is please understand that everything in this universe is temporary, nothing is permanent, nothing is permanent. everything, whether it is your pain, struggle, stress, problem whatever this it is temporary.
There are many things inside meditation I will strongly suggest you meditate at least, at least five minutes a day.
I don't think it is very difficult meditation is like bathing your mind, if you really care about your brain, your mind, your self please please please meditate.
God bless you, stay connected, and be inspired.
Success is yours and you are a STAR ?
