The Top 3 Reasons People Struggle to Get In Shape (And How to Fix It)
The REAL reason why you’re struggling to get the body you want
(Hint: For 90% of people, most of the game of health/fitness... is more psychological than physical. We’re going to deep dive this topic today)
First off - whether you want to get in shape for your health, or just to have a great body for summer...
Most people try to get there using surface level solutions:
? Cookie cutter programs
? One-size-fits-all diets
? ‘Magic’ Supplements that might work short term but mess up your metabolism and hormones long term
Surface level solutions don’t work for 2 reasons:
1 - They don’t focus on building long term habits needed to keep your results
2 - They lack the degree of 1-1 customization needed to truly get the BEST results
Beyond that
Psychologically speaking...
Most people struggle to stay consistent past the first few weeks
And for those of you who ARE able to stay consistent...
You hit a plateau because the lack of customization & scientific knowledge makes it impossible to break past that plateau

2 - Working while seated in front of a desk 8-12+ hours per day negatively affects your posture and energy levels, which makes it harder to work out and stay injury free
3 - You work hard and enjoy rewarding yourself with delicious food at the end of a long day (as you should, within the right parameters)
Which means you’ll need solutions to all 3 of the above
(Not to mention the fact that gyms were closed for 12-15 months since last March, but that’s easy to work around if your gym is still closed...)
So let’s focus on the 3 main factors holding you back
We’ll start with the surface level, then go deeper
Part 1 - Time Management, Prioritization, and Overcoming Psychological Barriers
If you’re busy, logistically speaking you need a time efficient strategy to meal prep and train
So that you can get the results you want (whether fat loss, muscle growth, or both)
AND keep it up long-term.

You work hard, long hours, and aren’t going to feel like working out if your body is stiff, tight, and painful in any specific area, after working all day/week long.
So we need to put together strategies to fix your posture, loosen you up, improve your energy, and get you feeling good again, which makes getting to the gym less difficult and sometimes something you'll actually enjoy.
The 3 main posture issues that hold people back, rob you of your energy, and make you prone to injury are:
1 - Forward head posture
2 - Tight shoulders/chest/neck
3 - Tight hips/lower back/anterior pelvic tilt
