As a business owner you must first create a perfect consumer profile. In essence what this mean is who is your perfect customer, what is the type of customer do you absolutely love when they walk in or call into your business, How old are they? What do they look like? Are they affluent or are they middle class? Are they are family person or are they singles who are ready to mingle? Do they have a refined taste? Or are they truly lovers of the old fashion way of doing things.

As a business owner you need to build out this type of profile customer, If you are a brick and mortar business that have been around for years then you should already know this perfect customer by heart and still should have a written reference. If you are a new small business owner you can create this consumer profile by asking who do you want to enter your store or buy from you online? Once you have this perfect Customer profile You are ready to advertise

Creating an advertisement solely about you or your company and not addressing your customer emotional needs
