Okay, you're at the annual S.I.T.E. and getting new training ideas by the boatload. While the training is awesome, you're getting a little antsy and want to see some of amazing San Antonio. While we can all agree to see the Alamo and the River Walk, what else is interesting to see?
- St. Joseph Catholic Church - it's gorgeous and calming. It's a cozy church where both Spanish and German histories collide.
- La Villita Historic Arts Village - it's a short hike down the River Walk, but well worth it. Be sure to stop into the Copper Gallery - featuring hand-hammered art, sinks, vases and more. The teeny Little Church of La Villita is so cute you'll want to take it home with you.
- The Battle for Texas Experience - You'll get to experience the real story of the Alamo and see over 250 Alamo-related artifacts. You may can find discounted tickets online.
So, while you are not soaking up the training, soak in some San Antonio culture.

7 年Thank you, Gregg. I ran by the church during our morning "Fun Run", but not able to go inside. I did get a chance to visit La Villita. We actually had our Yoga in the courtyard one morning...it was great. Thank you for sharing.
