The Top 3 Areas to Level UP in Quarter 1. Yes, you still have time!

Yes, we are approaching the end of January and we will be a third of the way through the first quarter but, you still have time to Level UP these three important areas of your business if you are serious about scaling up in 2024.

Number 1 - Your Strategic Plan for Success

This must be a written document. In your head is just not good enough and can't be used to hold yourself and others accountable. Ideally, you want to get this into a 1 Page format so it's quick to review and easy to share with others.

This should include items like, Your Mission, Values, Growth Drivers and Quarterly Goals to name a few. Number 2 - Your Team Dynamics

As I often say "If you can't build a Team you can't live the Dream" and most companies looking to grow are usually missing one key person with specific skills to take them to the next level. It's critical you identify who this is and then start the recruitment process.

Don't get your "I can't afford to..." excuses get in the way of success. Remember if you can afford 50% of their salary for 3 months then hire them. This formula has helped many of your coaching clients attract the talent they need next and they never look back.

Number 3 - Your Money & Margin Model

Last week I helped a Scale UP CEO get real clarity over his Money model. This was a total game changer for him as he could finally see how he could grow to ￡1m+ in the next 12 months just by focusing on selling 3 products he already had!
