Dubai-based developer,?Nakheel, has appointed contractors for the construction of Jebel Ali Village, a new residential development with luxury villas and townhouses, and construction works are currently underway.

The contract for the construction of the villas and their infrastructure has been awarded to?iBuild Construction?LLC, an innovative general contractor, while the contract for the construction of the townhouses and their infrastructure has been awarded to?United Engineering Construction Co. LLC (UNEC), an award-winning general contracting company.

Saudi’s Turtle Bay Hotel sets new standards with prestigious certification

Red Sea Global?(RSG), the multi-project developer behind the world’s most ambitious regenerative tourism destinations, The Red Sea and Amaala, has become the first Saudi hospitality entity to achieve the prestigious Green Key certification for its Turtle Bay Hotel at The Red Sea.

Turtle Bay Hotel is a self-operated property with 90 employees – 50% of whom are Saudi nationals from the local community, and 30% are Saudi females.?

Turkey Earthquake: Erdogan pledges to build 300,000 homes within a year in Elazig

Turkish President, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, has pledged to rebuild the country’s southern region that was struck by?powerful earthquakes on 6 February 2023, claiming the lives of more than 50,000 people.

“Our aim is to restore our cities in the earthquake zone by handing over 319,000 residences and village houses to owners within a year,” Erdogan said at a ground-breaking ceremony in quake-hit Elazig province.
