1.?Samana Developers: Barari Twin Towers
Type: Residential development
Value: $381 million
The project, located in Dubai’s Majan area between?Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, is valued at $381 million (AED1.4 billion) and is set to be a blend of nature-inspired design and cutting-edge smart home technology.
Features at Barari Twin Towers include include private pools, automation with smart home technology, a trampoline park, a virtual reality golf facility, a large pool deck, a health club and gym, jogging track, table tennis, an aquatic gym, and a basketball court.
The twin towers have 54 floors, 1,338 apartments and are scheduled for handover in Q2 2027.

2.?NEOM: Zardun
Type: Luxury eco-tourism destination
Features: To house three luxury boutique hotels with 100 rooms and suites in total
The NEOM Board of Directors have announced the launch of Zardun, a new luxury eco-tourism destination designed as a “restorative nature and wildlife retreat for discerning guests.”
The new development is situated along Saudi Arabia’s Gulf of Aqaba coastline and modelled on the “essence of an Arabian oasis.”
According to a statement released last week, Zardun will cover an area of four square kilometres and be a carefully restored haven filled with native plants and animals. Stretching down from the mountains to the seashore, its breathtaking beauty will be experienced on arrival by visitors at its state-of-the-art experience center, which includes a 360-degree observation deck.

6.?El Bahrawy Group: Neptune by Kempinski Floating Palace
Type: First floating and mobile villa in the UAE
Value: $435.6 million
Features: Can cruise at a speed of 6 to 8 knots per hour
El Bahrawy Group, a leading marine construction group in the UAE and the Middle East, has unveiled Neptune, the first floating and mobile villa as part of the Kempinski Floating Palace resort project.
Initiated three years ago, the Kempinski Floating Palace project features a main floating hotel surrounded by 48 luxury mobile villas with an estimated market value of $435.6 million (AED1.6 billion) upon completion.
The first Neptune is currently anchored in Dubai Palm Marina.
Each Neptune villa has the capability to cruise at a speed of 6 to 8 knots per hour, thanks to engines that can operate on electric power and also power the villa as well as its waste recycling and water desalination.

12. RAK Properties: Quattro Del Mar
Type: Coastal residential project
Features: Skywalks, Zen garden, spa club, nature-surrounded yoga studio, indoor and outdoor cinema.
RAK Properties announced the launch of its latest project, Quattro Del Mar in January.
Located at Hayat Island, Mina Al Arab, the exclusive coastal residential project is set to redefine the standards of island living with four towers promising an integrated lifestyle hub with entertainment and world-class facilities, set in a serene and captivating environment.

14. Binghatti Developers: Mercedes-Benz Places
Type: Residential tower
341 metres in height
The project —?first announced?in December — breaks ground this year, and will take the form of a 65-storey residential tower that centred around a holistic, connected, and desirable luxury living experience.
Top features of the building include an elliptical shaped tower that allows all units to have panoramic views of the Dubai skyline, a photovoltaic panel fa?ade on one side that will generate power for electric vehicle chargers in the parking area, as well as luxurious amenities for residents, including private, in-unit facilities. Units — of up to five bedrooms — are named after classic and timeless car models from the manufacturer.
The tower’s architectural design is influenced by the flowing lines on a host of ultra-modern Mercedes-Benz cars. These include the futuristic VISION EQXX, the high-performance Vision One-Eleven and the Concept CLA Class unveiled at IAA Mobility 2023.
