Expo City Dubai unveils its residential phase

Lead Development powers up electrical substations in Jubail Island

LEAD Development has completed the energisation of electrical substations in Jubail Island, in an important step towards completing the infrastructure works and handing over?the land plots.

With the planned substations powered up, Abu Dhabi Construction Company can now move ahead with key test and commissioning work for the villas and townhouses.

A vital milestone in the project’s ongoing development, the energisation secures power for any future construction work across the island and provides electricity for the vacant land plots, and allows for the handover of the plots this month.

Red Sea Global reveals its first hotel brand at Amaala

Red Sea Global (RSG) has announced a partnership with the leading longevity clinic and wellness brand, Clinique La Prairie.

The partnership involves the development of a high-end 36,115 sqm Clinique La Prairie Health Resort within?Amaala , which is located on Saudi Arabia’s north-western coastline. The exclusive resort will offer 13 villas, as well as housing 52 rooms and suites.

The resort features a diagnostics lab, museum, beach club, workshop and training rooms, private dining space, and even a cooking school, ensuring visitors can embark on an inimitable journey of rejuvenation and self-discovery.

Masdar-Taaleri JV launches biggest energy project in Jordan

The Baynouna Solar Energy Company (BSCE ), a joint venture between the UAE’s world-leading renewable energy company, Masdar , and Finnish investment and asset management group Taaleri, has announced the formal inauguration of the 200-megawatt (MW) Baynouna Solar Park – the largest clean energy project in?Jordan .

Developed through a power purchase agreement between Masdar and National Electric Power Company, Jordan’s state electricity provider, the Baynouna Solar Park produces over 560 gigawatt-hours (GWh) of energy annually – enough to power 160,000 homes.
