The number five reason why healthcare workers are leaving their jobs is because they want more career growth.

Imagine this…

You study for several years and maybe take on a student loan to afford to do so. When you graduate you’re happy to have a degree. And thanks to that degree and the internships and other mentorships during your studies, you quickly find a job.
