The number ten reason why healthcare workers are leaving their jobs is because they needed to relocate to a new city, state or country.
There are many circumstances that lead to healthcare workers having to relocate. It could be due to a spouse or partner having to relocate for their job or their education. It could be due to a family emergency. These situations are normal and occur every day, yet this simply doesn’t always guarantee that they will be able to keep their current job, stay within that organization or even find a similar job elsewhere. Here are some of the reasons why healthcare workers may want to change the work they have been doing entirely, when they relocate:
·????????When moving to an entirely different city or state it can be too far to travel to the previous job location so they have to leave the organization they were working for.
·????????When physically relocating to a new area, it could also resort in a major shift of focus away from pursuing their previous career, to focusing on the upbringing of their children or doing some other type of community work.
·????????When moving away from a previous location and job, starting a new life might also stimulate the desire to start an entirely new career.
·????????When relocating and faced with the need to start a new career, it may lead to the deep desire to pursue a next level of personal, entrepreneurial or medical professional development.
