Top 11 Reasons You Need a Communication Partner

Top 11 Reasons You Need a Communication Partner

Counting Down from 11 to 1

11.?You?don't have time to sift and winnow, separate the wheat from the chaff, and explore various other agricultural metaphors for using your time more productively.

10.?Finding?qualified sales leads?is like finding a needle in a haystack. The point is, it may take hundreds of calls to find one new customer, and?your time is too valuable?to make all those calls. You need a partner to help.

9.?People insist on?using every possible way to communicate with you. You need technology that can seamlessly combine email and phone support, allowing you to?efficiently prioritize calls over emails and chats.

8.?Believe it or not, there was once a guy who hadn't plugged in his unit. Let's call that a?"Level I" help desk problem. You need a first level of support to?capture and resolve small issues?and improve response times while reducing costs.

7.?Is your email inbox unmanageable??If your email volume is overwhelming, it's not going to improve on its own. You need a partner to handle the majority of emails and?leave only the important ones for you.

6.?Sent out a mailing and?didn't get the flood of new orders?you were expecting? Handwritten mail gets opened more often, and?a partner can hand-address these for you.

5.?Times have changed since your grandfather wrote letters and received responses two weeks later.?Responding to mail, email, calls, and chat requests needs to be a priority.

4.?Your grandfather and his peers went on vacations?without telephones or laptops. You need a partner with the operational capacity to?move your company toward success.

3.?Remember the days when new employees would?show up early? Wouldn't it be nice to have the?hiring, firing, and training handled by someone else?

2.?Pat is a great receptionist but she?takes breaks, goes to lunch, and leaves at 5pm. Cloning is too expensive; you?need a partner for those times when?Pat?isn't available.

1.?To outpace the competition,?we need more customers?and we need our current customers to buy more from us. How can we keep our customers satisfied and still?bring in new business?

Is there a single answer to all these questions? Yes, there is....

Point 1 sums it up perfectly. We all want to outpace the competition and keep customers satisfied. But how? I'm curious to learn about the single answer they have in mind at QCSS.

Point 2 resonates with me because, let's face it, Pat can't be available 24/7. Having a reliable partner to cover those gaps in reception could ensure we never miss an opportunity.
