Top 10 Tips To Hunt Your Dream Job

If you are searching a new job and facing difficulties in job hunting, or you are a victim of layoff and trying to recover from your current situation, then this article can help you to find another opportunity. 1. List down the targeted companies and follow them over LinkedIn and other social platforms. Try to build a connection with their hiring authorities and keep in touch with them. 

2. Make a list of targeted job in your dream organization and try to collect the initial job details of it in order to meet the criteria or build your skill set to qualify the job requirements.

3. Re-design your resume as per the jobs. Make a powerful resume that illustrates your competencies and highlights your achievements. Don’t try to copy past your information on someone else profile. Think different and make a different profile of you.

4. Critically analyze each job advertisement whether you are fit for the position or not. Don't apply for the opportunities which are not relevant with your profile.

5. While applying for the job, clearly define the Position Title in subject line, write a powerful paragraph in email body that attracts recruiter’s attention and force him to click on your attached profile and go through your resume.

6. Share your email at night or schedule your email to be sent at night. Usually, candidate apply the last will be on a top of the recruiter’s inbox. Majority of recruiters start screening the profiles from top to bottom. 

7. Read as much as you can related to your field. Read text books and articles on web. Try to diversify your reading. 

8. Don’t Panic. Keep calm when you receive an interview call. Listen carefully all the instruction from the caller. Try to collect all information that helps you in this process.

 9. A day before the interview, prepare yourself and go through your profile again and again. Believe in yourself and never let you down in any way. Be confident but not over confident.

 10. Work on your attire and wear the dress of success at the day of interview.
