Welcome back to another edition of The Mindset Blueprint! This week, we’re diving into my current top 10 strategies to expand your influence. Reflect for a moment: Would you like to enhance your influence in your field? Consider these hypothetical scenarios:

  • Would increased influence enable you to lead projects more effectively and gain recognition in your industry? Imagine leading a successful initiative with full support from your peers and stakeholders.
  • Would a greater reach open doors to new opportunities, like speaking engagements or collaborative projects? Picture yourself invited to share your insights at industry conferences or to collaborate with leading experts.
  • Would expanding your influence allow you to mentor and inspire others in your field? Think about the impact you could have by guiding and supporting emerging professionals.

These strategies are presented in no particular order. As many of you know from my training and consulting sessions, I’m passionate about improving everything I do. I love the word “iterate” because it reflects my commitment to continual enhancement. So, expect this list to evolve and improve over time.
