I was having a chat with my colleague about customer reviews and it suddenly came to my mind that what are the mostly questions in customer services chats? - What is the warranty of an item? The warranty depends on the unit and the manufacturer.
- Since you are in Nashville how can you honor the warranty??The warranty comes from the manufacturers, they will locate a authorized service provider in your area.
- Can you recommend an item if what I want is not available? Yes, we can with our combined 30+ years of experience selling restaurant equipment we can find you a model that will meet your needs.
- Can you price match your competitors? We do our best to provide the best prices for our customer and when possible, we offer you a better price then our competitors.
- What are your hours? We are available on the phone 7 days a week between 7AM-7PM and our physical store is open to the public 9AM-4PM.
- What’s going on with these lead times and will they get better anytime soon? Due to the one in a century event like COVID-19 the supply distribution lines have been disrupted but we are seeing the light at the end of the tunnel and things are improving.
- Who do you get your availability information from? We get that information directly from the manufacturers or our distributors who get them from the manufacturers.
- Do you guys do custom units? Yes, we work with multiple manufacturers that will do custom units. All you need is a rough sketch with measurements, and we will get the manufacturers draw up the unit for you. We can go back and forth with the manufacturer till you are satisfied with the unit and place the order for you.
- Why should I purchase a unit from you? What sets us apart from the rest is, our customer service.?You have multiple options to communicate with us. If you like to communicate through our web site via chat box, you can. If you like to talk to an actual person, you can, and we have some of the best hours in the industry. If you like to text, we have a text line and finally if you like to email, we have that as well.

2 年This is awesome, thank you Luis. What I find about warranties is they are typically 1-2 years for parts and labor depending on manufacturer and compressors are usually 5 years. I encourage all customer to take advantage of extended warranties if they are available. I find service calls can run from a few hundred dollars to $1000 or more.
