Hi Folks, we are deep into October with just 73 Days to Jan 1st, 2023. Have you hit or even exceeded your goals / monthly targets, or are you looking at the target totally, wondering if it can be achieved?

Seek excellence, not perfection. Brown says perfectionism is "the belief that if we live perfectly, look perfectly and act perfectly, we can avoid the pain of blame, judgment and shame."?

Perfectionism isn't about growth, improvement, or personal achievement; it's about fear and avoidance.

Laura Vanderkam 's books were eye-opening for me; we all have the same amount of time, and being the most effective you can be with that is one of the wisest decisions you will make.

Now, you might not have heard of Russel Wilson if you are not an American, he's an American football quarterback for the Denver Broncos.

He holds the record for most wins by an NFL quarterback through nine seasons and is one of four quarterbacks in NFL history with a career passer rating?over 100.

In short, he's top TOP draw player & athlete. I found this ted talk after reading the absolute gem of a little book.

"It Takes What It Takes: How to Think Neutrally and Gain Control of Your Life" by? Trevor Moawad

Wilson calls how he stays calm during pressure moments "neutral thinking" and relates it to it driving a car and how this mindset change shifted and helped his life.

Wilson talks about his relationship with Trevor Moawad, who has been his mental conditioning coach for the last 10 years.

Want to have an Olympic champion's mindset, listen to Allyson Felix mindset for overcoming fear.

Allyson Felix is probably the greatest female athlete of all time so far. She is a seven-time Olympic champion and a thirteen-time world champion in athletics. She now announces her?retirement, leaving behind a powerful message and legacy.

The most obvious one last, Carol Dweck (not on LinkedIn) her popular book "Mindset," says that?success comes from having the right mindset rather than intelligence, talent or education.?
