BB Fertilizer Production Equipment


BB fertilizer production line which is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of compound fertilizer plant and fertilizer distributors, the output of 1-100,000 tons, adopt the technology of direct lifting ,mixing and unloading, which almost reached the goal of "zero" blanking.

NPK Fertilizer Machine is a kind of equipment which can use to product compound fertilizer, and the raw material normally are Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium. Our NPK fertilizer Machine is independently developed by our own company and it is widely applied to produce various of compound fertilizer and the capacity ranges from 5,000-200,000 tons/year. It can granulate NPK fertilizer, DAP and other materials into compound fertilizer particles in one processing line. This equipment can specially used for manufacturing compound fertilizers with different concentrations and types, such as organic fertilizers, inorganic fertilizers, biological fertilizers, and magnetic fertilizers, etc. It is mainly used for producing spherical particles with a diameter ranging from 1mm to 3mm.

Working Process of NPK Fertilizer Production Line

5. In the process of screening, the qualified materials can be sent to packaging machine by bucket elevator, while others are conveyed back to crusher or granulator to be re-processed.

Working Process of Biological Organic Fertilizer Production Line

Organic fertilizer production line is a complete set of equipment from raw materials collection to the organic fertilizer packing.



※ Organic materials fermentation process plays the preliminary but indispensable role in the whole production line. Two main types of compost turner are widely used to turn and mix the compost and accelerate the fermentation speed: Self-propelled compost turner and hydraulic compost turner.

※ Crushing Process: The compost lump materials should be grinded before the granulating process. But we can leave out crushing process when the compost material is fine enough. Vertical chain crusher and double-shaft horizontal crusher, two types of crushing machine can be used to crush lump compost fertilizer raw materials.

※ In the Mixing Process, two types of mixing machine are applied to mix raw materials in the fertilizer production line: horizontal mixer and vertical mixer.

Powder chicken manure organic fertilizer equipment

Chicken manure fermentation maturity basic indicators:

2. Odor :bio-fermentation method from the 2nd days to reduce the odor, disappeared on the 4th day, completely disappeared on the 5th day, the 7th day to distribute the fragrance of the soil.


3 Temperature: bio-fermentation reached high temperature on the second day, 7th days to begin to fall. Maintain a high temperature stage for a long time, fermented rot thoroughly.


4. PH value of biological fermentation: PH value reached 6.5.


5. Moisture content:  55% of the initial moisture content of fermented raw materials, biological fermentation water content can be reduced to 30%.


6.  Ammonium nitrogen:

At the start of fermentation, the content of ammonium nitrogen increased rapidly and reached the highest level on the fourth day due to the ammonification and the mineralization of organic nitrogen, followed by the loss of the ammonium nitrogen in the composting and conversion to Nitrate and gradually reduce. When the ammonium nitrogen is less than 400mg / kg to achieve maturity mark. Biological fermentation of ammonium nitrogen content can be reduced to about 215mg / kg.


7. C / N ratio compost :C / N ratio below 20, to reach the maturity indicators.

8.  Coli count and ascaris egg mortality. Fecal coliforms ≤ 100 / g (mL) Ascaris egg death rate ≥ 95%

9. Seed germination rate:Biological fermentation of cattle, sheep excrement rate of more than 80%.

Chicken Manure Organic Fertilizer’s Fermentation

Chicken manure composting fermentation

Chicken, duck manure composting fermentation is mainly use biological effects combined with advanced mechanical technology to effectively handling chickens and duck manure. the common process is aerobic fermentation. Using aerobic  fermentation method can helt to rise up composting temperature high and fast , maturity cycle is short. Due to its high fermentation temperature, can effectively kill eggs,germs and plant seeds etc. in chicken manure, under the effective mechanical stirring, the drying effect is also very significant. At present, the composting fermentation process commonly used in industry mainly includes the stacker compaction fermentation process and aerobic tank fermentation process.
