The Top 10 Challenges Every Solopreneur Faces (And How To Finally Break Free)
I've recently pivoted to the Research phase for my business as I create my new Freedom Program and community for solopreneurs.
As a result, I've invested a lot of time conducting (free) 'coaching' interviews, whereby we spend 30 minutes with business owners talking about their dreams, obstacles and a pathway to freedom.
Below are the Top 10 problems from one recent interview with a female business owner who is also a mother of young children.
Do any (or all) of these sound familiar?
1. Balancing Family Responsibilities and Business Demands
She struggles to manage her business while also fulfilling family duties, such as school schedules and family appointments.
2. Time Management and Limited Working Hours
With only a few available hours during the day, she finds it hard to optimise business operations and achieve growth within this restricted time frame.
3. Lack of Business Growth
She is frustrated with the slow progress of her business and feels that it's not growing as quickly as she had hoped, contributing to her impatience and stress.
4. Discomfort with Sales and Promotion
She dislikes sales and prefers a subtle approach to promoting her products, which limits her ability to market her offerings effectively.
5. Overwhelm due to Multitasking and Too Many Ideas
She struggles with focusing on one task at a time due to having numerous ideas, complicated by a fear of failure if she doesn't accomplish everything she sets out to do.
6. Uncertainty About Business Priorities and Direction
She is unclear about her business priorities and the direction she should take for the next year, leading to a lack of focus and strategic planning.
7. Motivation and Procrastination Issues
She faces challenges with motivation and procrastination, which hinder her ability to take consistent action and make progress in her business.
8. Difficulty in Creating Passive Income Streams
She is exploring ways to generate passive income, such as through online courses and selling ebooks, but is uncertain how to implement these strategies effectively.
9. Personal Well-being with Business Responsibilities
She worries about maintaining her well-being while managing her business, particularly with family commitments and the pressure to succeed.
10. Navigating the Challenges of Being a Solopreneur
She feels lonely and unsupported through the challenges of working for herself, which includes finding support and community in her entrepreneurial journey.

Does this mean she is giving up?
Hell, no.
She is striding on.
Most solopreneurs know what to do but they don't do it consistently.
What you need is:
[1] Clarity: Who is your ideal client? What is your premium offer?
[2] Confidence: The mindset that what you offer is of such value that you must unashamedly tell people about it.
[3] Consistency: A scientific, repeatable system that ensures you test what works and eliminate what doesn't.
[4] Community: A support network that ensures you stay accountable and execute what you design.
And I want to give you - and other heroines like L above - the support and accountability to design the business and freedom they dreamed of.
