Top 10 - 2020 Goals

Top 10 - 2020 Goals

Happy new year from the Family Office Club - to kick off the year I wanted to share our vision for 2020 and 10 of our goals for this year:

1) I debated on a decision to let a team member go this week and ultimately decided we had to so we could uphold our culture. I want that to carry our company culture throughout the year, so we act each month based on our core values.

2) In 2019, I made 2 investments from my own balance sheet and in 2020 I plan on co-investing into 4 investments that my Centimillionaire Advisors, LLC clients have under due diligence to increase our alignment.

3) We have secured 2 and continue to seek venue partners who have access to hotels, auditoriums, or event venues in Dallas, Singapore, San Francisco, New York, and Miami, with the largest need being for 150+ person venues.

4) In 2019 directly and in partnership with a close partner sourced and closed over $155M in deals and assets, our goal for 2020 is to close on over $250M of assets with a stretch goal of $500M in assets.

5) This year I am going to be spending more time meeting in person swiftly when needed, and more often with my top key clients. I have found this moves the relationship forward more than anything else.

6) We currently have 1,005 charter member subscribers to the Family Office Club. This year a top goal is focusing on quality, expanding that membership by 25%, upgrading our investor directory business, and growing our # of events held from 25 to 32 events annually.

7) To increase alignment with client interests in 2020, I will be reinvesting any fees earned back into investments we are showing to clients this year so I don't take any fees off the table.

8) I have a goal of writing 2 books this year. One on insights for investor relations agency clients that served 65 clients in 2019, and a second book on the best practices of setting up very lean single family office for private investors.

9) Personally, I am focusing on having a green shake a day, daily meditation, weekly thinking time, no coffee, more intense workouts, and a competition with some friends to run 600 miles throughout the year.

10) I hope to grow from 20 to 100 registered ultra-wealthy investor clients within our Centimillionaire Advisors, LLC division.

What are your goals as it relates to your deal origination, investment returns, investment team, or infrastructure?

Are there 1-2 goals where we could help with feedback or a resource to help you complete it?

I hope we get to shake hands in person at one of our Private Investor Advantage workshops where I share how we attract ultra-wealthy clients and work with private investors daily. These workshops start in just 10 days and are coming up in New York City, San Francisco, Dallas, Los Angeles, and Miami: https://FamilyOffices.com/Advantage
