Tooting one's own trumpet!

Only two things this week.

But first, some context.

Many of you might know me as 'Matt from ImpactBasis'.

Well,?ImpactBasis?is part of a bigger family of organisations, which includes?Basis?and?Basis Training.

Basis?focuses mainly on Public Services in the UK and uses a more agile-minded approach to help services achieve their goals. It's very much 'do with' rather than 'do for' attitude.

and?Basis Training is essentially there to build capacity for organisations, teams and people so that others can learn to do and use the things we do, so that they can do for themselves.

I work across all three.

Ooohhh recognition!

For the past 6 years Basis has been recognised as a top management consultancy in the UK.

No, scrub that ... now it's 7!!!

No less than three awards!

Recognition in Public & Social Services, People & Performace and Organisation and Change.

Not bad hey?

This recognition is from clients and peers. So means more.

Ooohhh learn stuff!

Seeing as Basis is clearly kick-ass in doing what they do.

It's only right that we help others to learn to do what we do.

We've got multiple courses already planned for 2025.

Many are already being booked up.
