Tools for Students and Parents

Please share these resources with your school's families to help increase involvement and improve communication.

Parents, Avoid Surprises on Report Cards

Email alerts keep busy parents updated on their child's academic performance automatically. They can opt for notices when their child excels or underachieves in a class. Because it's automated, no extra work is required from teachers.

Instructions for Parents

Set Alerts With the Student/Parent App

Setting alerts for grades, attendance, and disciplinary incidents is quick and easy with the free Student/Parent Mobile App. Please share this link with parents to download it for iOS or Android: gradelink.com/parent-student-login.

Watch the Parent/Student Portal Tutorial Video

Provide this link to your students and their parents to get them up to speed with their free Gradelink portal: gradelink.com/parent-student-login. It has a 4-minute video tutorial for those new to the system.

Make Logging Volunteer/Service Hours Convenient

It's a cinch for parents to submit volunteer or community service hours info in Gradelink and in the Student/Parent app. Administrators can then track hours recorded by student or family.

I like how parents and students can keep track of how they are doing and how parents can set up automatic emails for specific grades—both good and not-so-good ones. —Jean B., Teacher

A New, More Capable Site That's Easier to Use

Embassy Innovation Academy needed to boost its online presence after using a labor-intensive Wix website that lacked the features it needed. The Gradelink website team designed a brand-new site with built-in tour scheduling and an event calendar. Now, EIA is set to increase enrollment and make a greater difference!
