Many of you are working remotely. Either like always before or suddenly because of the Corona virus. So I thought I’d share some of the tools I use.
- Zoom Video Conferencing - Tool for VC
- Pinterest - Collaboration around mood boards and inspiration.
- MindMeister - Cloud based collaborative tool for creative thinking.
- PCloud - Dropbox like service but you only pay once. I store heavy files here to keep em in the cloud.
- 1Password - Keep all your passwords in the cloud.
- Trello - For project management.
- Slack - For project communication.
- WETransfer app to send and view heavy files from mobile units.
- Adobe Libraries & Creative Cloud - Keep color palettes, templates/tools and files in the cloud.
- Dropbox - I never work towards an offline disk. Always online for backup and collaboration. Every file on my computer is in there for easy access and sharing.
- Google Drive - When I temporary share files with people outside my organization I use Google Drive.
- Frontify - Keeping brand resources in the cloud when working with clients.
- InVision App - Cloud based collaboration tool for UX gigs.
- Skovik - to keep track of receipts
- Billings - to send invoices -
- Flipboard - Keep up to date on things happening in all fields of my work.
- Bonus: FATMAP when planning adventure in nature :)
And of course email (gmail), messenger ’and WhatsApp :D
