Last month, we surveyed members from the LinkedIn for Creators Page to find out what their biggest goals are for creating content in 2023. The top response we received was, “Engage with more people.”?
With that in mind, we’re kicking off our first edition with some key tools and resources to help grow your audience, create opportunities, and get your content seen by more people.

Improved Activity Section on your Profile
Look out for an update coming to your profile! We're making it easier to showcase more content on your profile and choose which content type you want viewers to see first. Now, when people visit your profile, your content will be front and center so that you can establish your expertise and easily highlight what you create.
By making your content more visible, your audience can seamlessly engage with what you’re creating, giving you more opportunities to inspire new conversations and expand your connections.?
Scheduled Newsletters & Articles
We’re thrilled to announce the rollout of scheduled articles. We’re rolling out this update on desktop where you can utilize the same pre-scheduling tools that are available for posts to create ongoing long-form content. This tool will allow you to manage and maintain your planned publishing cadence, all natively on LinkedIn.
So, how does it work? After you create a new article or newsletter, hit Publish to view the scheduling icon on the left of the Post button. Then, simply click that icon to schedule the date and time you’d like your content to be shared. And don’t worry, if you need to modify the date and time you selected, delete a scheduled post, or see all your scheduled posts in one place, you’ll be able to view and make those changes here as well.?
Plus, we’re also rolling out scheduled posts for Pages. So, if you’re a LinkedIn Page Admin, you’ll now have access to scheduled posts through desktop–stay tuned for mobile.?

Live Events?
LinkedIn Live Events allow members and Pages to schedule a virtual event in advance and stream it directly to an audience via video or audio-only formats. They are a great way to nurture your community– giving you the ability to engage directly with attendees before, during, and after the livestream.?
Want to try it out? Let’s break it down by type:
Tips for planning a Live Event:?
? Schedule and promote your event 7-10 days before the event date.?
? Be sure to add any additional speakers at least 48 hours in advance.
? Encourage additional speakers to invite their connections to the event.
? Invite your connections and encourage them to promote the event by reposting it.?
? Think of ways to make your event as fun and interactive as possible. For example: Encourage your audience to respond to questions with emojis.?
? Talk about a topic that you’re passionate about, be yourself, and have fun!?
